Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 domestic animals are permitted per apartment. Monthly pet fee is $30 per pet. Please note the one-time nonrefundable fee of $250 is charged per lease application, not per pet. Weight limit is 40 pounds per dog.

Full and partial breeds of any of the following dogs are prohibited: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Boxer, Dalmatian, and St. Bernard. Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

For extra belongings, a separate storage program adds room beyond what a 530-square-foot apartment holds. An electronic entry system controls the front door, while Main Station keeps management and maintenance on-site to assist you. A secure parcel locker system runs seven days a week, making it simple to retrieve a delivery landing at nine in the evening that same night.
