How the Layouts Are Organized

Nine plan styles are cataloged at Main Station, and availability rotates among them. The notes below describe how our three-unit types are organized. We start with the studio, move through the one-bedroom homes, and finish with the two-bedroom plan.

Cozy and Defined Studio Footprints

The S1 studio plan holds 530 square feet with a full bath, serving as the smallest footprint in the building. Rather than placing a wall of appliances behind a sofa, the kitchen acts as a defined galley. Air conditioning, a gas range, and a dishwasher come standard, and organizer shelving is built into the closet. Thanks to the oversized windows, even a single room in Evanston feels open, bright, and inviting.

Expansive Layouts for Entertaining

One-bedroom homes are cataloged into seven sizes, ranging from the 550-square-foot A1 up to the 725-square-foot A7. The larger plans are where the formal dining areas appear, giving a one-bedroom apartment a third defined room. Ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and a mix of wood flooring and plush carpeting run through the group. Please note that not every size is open at a given time.

Private Rooms with Generous Space

The B1 two-bedroom plan runs 750 square feet with one full bath and is the only two-bedroom layout in the catalog. The footprint delivers a second bedroom that closes, which no one-bedroom plan offers at any size. Wood flooring, plush carpeting, and organizer shelving carry through here as well.
